These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Risen & Baked website located at roys62.sg-host.com (the “Service”), operated by Risen & Baked, a home bakery based in Placentia, CA. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About Our Business
Risen & Baked is a small, faith-based home bakery operating out of Placentia, CA (Orange County). We offer freshly baked goods including sourdough loaves, focaccia, cinnamon rolls, cookies, muffins, brownies, and more. Orders are fulfilled through weekly porch pickups and local market events.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are pre-order only and subject to availability. By placing an order, you agree to the following:
- Orders must be placed within the weekly ordering window. Late orders may not be accommodated.
- Payment is due at the time of ordering unless otherwise arranged.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of ingredient unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Pickup & Delivery
Pickup orders must be collected at the designated Placentia, CA address provided at order confirmation, during the scheduled pickup window. If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery is available within a 20-mile radius of Placentia at the following rates:
- 1–5 miles: Free
- 6–10 miles: $10
- 11–15 miles: $15
- 16–20 miles: $20
- 21+ miles: Custom rate — contact us to arrange
We are not responsible for orders that are not picked up within the designated window. Unclaimed orders will not be refunded unless prior arrangements have been made.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Because our products are freshly made to order, we have a limited cancellation window:
- Cancellations requested more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date may be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup are generally non-refundable, as baking will have already begun.
- If there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with a description and photo. We will do our best to make it right.
5. Allergen Notice
Our products are baked in a home kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and other common allergens. While we take care in our process, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contamination. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us before ordering so we can advise you appropriately. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
6. Custom & Event Orders
Custom orders for events, parties, or bulk purchases require a minimum of one week’s advance notice. A deposit may be required for large orders. Custom order details, pricing, and timelines will be confirmed directly with you prior to fulfillment. Deposits are non-refundable once baking has commenced.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photos, logos, graphics, and branding — is the property of Risen & Baked and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission. Our logo and name are distinctive to our brand and may not be used in any commercial or misleading context.
8. User Conduct
By using this website, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to disrupt or damage the website or its infrastructure
- Reproduce or distribute any content from this site without permission
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all content on it are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from a product order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orange County, California.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
